Automated Helpdesk Ticket Routing
PowerShell script integrated with the ticketing system API to auto-categorize and route incoming support tickets based on keyword analysis. Cut average ticket assignment time by 40% and eliminated misrouted tickets almost entirely.

Google Workspace → Microsoft 365 Migration
Led the full company migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 for 1,250+ users. Handled mailbox and data migrations, license assignments, and hands-on user training with zero data loss and minimal downtime. Rolled out MFA and conditional access policies company-wide post-migration.

Warehouse Network VLAN Segmentation
Redesigned the warehouse network from a flat topology to a properly segmented VLAN architecture. Separated corporate, warehouse ops, IoT devices, and guest traffic — dramatically improving security posture and reducing broadcast congestion across the floor.

Actively working through a full framework upgrade path for an internal production application — Laravel 8 → 9 → 10 → 12, resolving breaking changes at each major version step. Simultaneously upgrading Livewire between Laravel 10 and 11. Includes PHP version bumps, dependency chain updates, and thorough testing at each milestone before advancing.
